The hotel has a convenient location near Fort Road, Rexall Place, and Northlands, making it ideal for those attending events in the area. The rooms, although faced initial power issues, were eventually sorted out, and the service from the staff was exemplary. The dining options provided a decent experience with Thai dishes available. Overall, a satisfactory stay with minor drawbacks.
The hotel had a better room setup than most, but we encountered an issue with the power which required room change. The location was great, close to places we wanted to visit, though it could have been in a better area. The service was exceptional, with quick problem resolution, but the initial encounter was not accommodating. The dining experience was okay with some local seniors around. Overall, a clean and enjoyable stay but with some room for improvement.
